I got my nickname when I used to ride motorbikes. I ran an internet e-mail discussion list with around 500 bikers. Apparently I was a bit of a mongrel, because my name was abbreviated to Rex (woof!).

These days I lead a much more sedate life, living in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia camping, running, flying kites, learning guitar, riding skateboards and bringing up two beautiful daughters.

This blog is an eclectic mix of how-to articles, product and service reviews, and commentary on current affairs.
